Community Service
8 Years of Participation, 1200+ Boxes of Cookies Sold, Contributed $6400+
As a dedicated 8-year member of Girl Scouts, I have been actively involved in a wide range of community service, leadership development, and skill-building activities. Each year, I’ve successfully sold $800 worth of Girl Scout cookies, honing my sales and communication skills while contributing to my troop’s success. One of my most rewarding projects was a 50+ hour community garden initiative, where my team and I renovated a local elementary school’s garden. We also created and donated environmental education artwork to help raise students’ awareness of their natural surroundings within the garden space. My experiences from Girl Scouts have inspired and deepened my commitment to continue to make a lasting impact on my community.
